You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.When you use an authorized agent to submit a request for access or deletion,you must provide the authorized agent with written permission to do so, and, incertain circumstances, we may ask you to verify your own identity directly withus. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proofthat they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf.
Only a parent or legal guardian may submit a request to know or deletethe personal information of a child under the age of 13. We may ask a requestoron behalf of a child under 13 to sign a consent form under penalty of perjuryor to speak by telephone to trained personnel to confirm that the requestor isthe parent or legal guardian of the child.
You may only make a request to know or delete your personal informationtwice within a 12-month period.

We will confirm receipt of your request to know or delete within 10business days and will provide information on how we will process your request,including our verification process and when you can expect a response.
Changes to Our Privacy Notice
We may change this Notice at any time, but we will not use personalinformation that we have already collected for a new purpose that is materiallydifferent from those stated in our Notice at the time that personal informationwas collected without first obtaining your explicit consent to use it for thenew purpose.
